Misrepresentation of age is a direct breach of this protocol and results in immediate termination of access without asset recovery.

License Grant & Structural Limits

Clickfield Gaming Applications grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access our platform solely for personal, non-commercial use. This license is a privilege, not a right. We provide the "Canvas"—you provide the interaction within our strict operational boundaries.

Allowed Usage

  • » Single instance account connectivity.
  • » Participation in sanctioned competitive ladders.
  • » Authorized in-app asset acquisition.

Structural Limits

  • » No reverse-engineering of binary streams.
  • » No unauthorized SDK or API injection.
  • » No multi-instance bot farming operations.

Virtual Assets

Any virtual currency, items, or skins acquired within our gaming environment are strictly "Digital Access Licenses." They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for fiat currency outside of sanctioned Clickfield channels.

TAKEAWAY: We reserve the right to modify or delete virtual assets if system balance requirements dictate a mechanical shift.

Exploitation

Utilization of bugs, unintended mechanics, or third-party automation to gain a competitive advantage is strictly prohibited. This includes "packet sniffing" or any form of data manipulation.

Clickfield platforms are for high-level gaming interaction. Hate speech, targeted harassment, or toxic communication behaviors targeting the Turkish player base or global users will result in immediate silence.

Any attempt to disrupt our IST-Local or Global server nodes via DDoS attacks, scrapers, or excessive ping cycling is considered a criminal act against our infrastructure.

Clickfield Proprietary Codebase

All content included in our gaming applications—including but not limited to source code, user interface designs, game mechanics, graphic assets, audio tracks, and trademarks—is the exclusive property of Clickfield Gaming Applications or our licensors. These assets are protected by Turkish Intellectual Property laws and international copyright treaties.

Users may not use our branding, trademarks (including "Clickfield" and our distinctive coral-and-black palette), or any copyrighted material for commercial purposes without explicit, written authorization from our legal department in Istanbul. Unauthorized derivative works are a violation of these terms.

Disclaimers & Limits of Liability.

Digital environments are subject to volatility. While our engineering team targets 99.9% uptime for Turkish regional players, we provide our services on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee that your gaming experience will be uninterrupted or error-free.

In no event shall Clickfield Gaming Applications be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of data or virtual assets) arising out of the use or inability to use our applications.

Technical Trade-offs Matrix

    Mitigation: Users should utilize our dynamic resolution scaling feature found in the system settings to stabilize TPS (Ticks Per Second) on mid-range devices.

  • Downside: Regional Latency Spikes

    Mitigation: We deploy edge nodes in Istanbul; however, rural 3G/4G connectivity may fluctuate. We recommend fiber-optic connections for competitive play.

  • Downside: Aggressive Battery Drain

    Mitigation: Enable 'Efficiency Mode' in the app dashboard to cap GPU clock speeds at the cost of visual fidelity.

  • Downside: Mandatory App Force-Updates

    Mitigation: Security patches are pushed immediately to maintain ecosystem integrity. Pre-caching is available via the 'Support' launcher.

Jurisdiction.

All legal interpretation of these terms is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

These terms were last updated on Jan 29, 2026. Continued use of Clickfield software constitutes acceptance of any modified protocols.

1. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Çağlayan), Turkey. Users agree to waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

2. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
